About this project What it does & how to use it

Explore the evidence behind GLP-1 safety reports

GLP-1 Safety Atlas is an independent research portfolio project that brings public FDA safety reports, product-label information and published research together for semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide.

What you can do

Start here

Start with Safety dossier for the question and evidence synthesis. Use Case assessment and Literature review inbox to save your own working reviews; export backups from Reports & portfolio. Reporting overview retains the original real-report filters.

What the results mean

The individual-report cohort covers initial receipt in January–March 2025. A separate historical aggregate analysis covers 2020–2025. Literature retrieval is dated, with unscreened candidates visible; this is not a live safety feed. Reports do not prove that a medicine caused an event. Counts and reporting odds ratios do not measure incidence or establish which medicine is safer. This tool does not provide individual treatment advice.

Explore reported events. Follow the evidence.

Reports are observations, not confirmed causes. Counts and reporting odds ratios do not measure incidence or establish which medicine is safer.
